Matt Phipps: Providence, Rhode Island, United States; I am a licensed Real Estate practitioner in Rhode Island. As a third generation Realtor in a family owned boutique agency, I've been involved in Real Estate virtually my whole life but sold my first house in 2001. Over the past several years, I've been fortunate to be part of one of the top producing real estate teams in the state and I have been recognized as one of the top 30 Realtors under 30 years old in the country by Realtor Magazine. I am currently serving as the Chairman of the Communications Committee for the National Association of Realtors and was recently named President of Rhode Island's Young Professionals Network.
